Please can you advise how I can run a report between two dates to show all jobs that have been allocated to an engineer please? Not certain engineer all engineers. Thanks

Hi Graham

The easiest way would be to use the all jobs report between the two dates then type the name of the engineer in the filter.

Alternatively you could use the completed jobs for engineer report but that wouldn't pick up archived or non completed jobs.

Morning Graham

If you want to see open jobs per engineer you’d need to use the All jobs report.

The report can be downloaded into Excel pretty easily and you could then use a pivot table to show the number of open jobs for each engineer which your FD could click into if they wanted more detail on those numbers. Alternatively you could add a filter so you can see the list of jobs for each engineer or even split out into separate tabs.
