How do I make it so somebody logging on with their ipad sees the job sheet template exactly how it looks on a computer, so all they need to do is just fill in the boxes to complete the sheet and send it back to me?

The iPhone and iPad apps are optimised for smaller screens. Having said that you can link to the same view as what you see on the web site by clicking the okappy icon from within the jobs screen and then view in Safari

One thing to note though is that Safari on the iPad may have a different resolution to your computer. So to get the same view you may also need to zoom in or out by clicking the two A’s next to the url.
