My subcontractor sees me as his customer
Quote from Guest on 20 July 2020, 12:00 am
Our Sub Contract has now managed to connect but he has just called to say the system is acting as though we are his customer and he will allocate jobs to us so something is still wrong as he is listed on my system as a sub contractor.
Thanks
Mandy

Hi Mandy
That is exactly how it should appear. A subcontractor will see you as their customer. Likewise your customer will see you as their subcontractor.
An overview of our market network approach to workforce management is available at https://www.okappy.com/market-network/
Further details information about what your connections can and can't see is available on our help and support site with the following page - Information visibility across the network
Hope that helps
Thanks
