My subcontractor sees me as his customer

Our Sub Contract has now managed to connect but he has just called to say the system is acting as though we are his customer and he will allocate jobs to us so something is still wrong as he is listed on my system as a sub contractor.

Hi Mandy

That is exactly how it should appear. A subcontractor will see you as their customer. Likewise your customer will see you as their subcontractor.
