One of our subcontractors cannot access the system

One of our Sub Contractors still cannot access yet the system says he is already connected can someone help? He said he has emailed and requested a new password but not received anything.

I can see that his email account is bouncing back the email as spam. He will need to add okappy.com to his whitelist or speak to his ISP to ensure the email is received.
