Is the support code pop up in the bottom right hand corner anything to do with Okappy? It disappeared when I opened one of the other tabs on my web browser, so I assume that it is? I just wanted to make sure that it isn’t anything malicious.

The support code pop up shows if you press the equals key (=) five times in a row. It enables us to connect and share your screen. If pressed in error it can be safely ignored.
