Hi, From my understanding even when the contactors are working for us we cant see them?

Yes that is correct, the location is not shared between accounts.

You can tell whether the app is trying to send its locations or not from the Okappy icon towards the top left of the screen. The icon will be orange if it is sending locations, grey if not.

Users of the app can click the icon to turn tracking on or off. They can also click tracking settings from the same menu to turn tracking on or off by default.
