Trying to add a subcontractor

Hello

I am trying to add another Sub contractor it didn't work as a Sub Contractor so I deleted and readded but its now gone as a customer. I have tried to delete many times to add back a sub contractor

I will re add as a sub contractor. They are saying they didn't receive the email login details.

Information on how to add a subcontractor is available on our help and support site including this article: Connecting to customers and subcontractors

If you have already deleted the connection, then you will need to re-connect rather than setting up from scratch. See Connecting to an existing Okappy connection

Please ensure you are using their correct email address and get them to check their spam and junk folders if they are not receiving emails.
