Trying to add customer but saying it is already on the system

Hi Guys, I'm trying to add a customer but it is saying the email is already on the system yet I cannot find it. Can you please set them up on the system asap and let me know why I cannot find the email or account on the system that it says is there.

Hi Lee

I checked the email you sent and can confirm that they are already set up on the Okappy network.   To add them to your account as well, click on Connections, Customers and then scroll down to the bottom and click the New customer button.
If you enter the email you should be able to find them, you can then click Connect.
