Two types of invoices
Quote from Guest on 10 August 2020, 12:00 am
Hi, we have two types of invoices that are sent out. One is for residential customers and the other for commercial, both have different bank details. Is there a way of creating TWO SEPERATE invoice templates please? I'm happy to create these by myself but just need to if it is possible and how to do it

Hi
We currently only have the option to create one invoice template within Okappy and leave it to your accounting software to have multiple templates.
You could send out a batch of invoices using your template, and then change the template for the next batch of invoices. It's pretty easy to do from the invoice options. Check out this support article for more information - Updating your invoice template
Hope that helps
