Hi guys. Try to update a job as onsite and it wont let us progress.

Can add images and look at msges so on but cant progress. Closed app re oppened same problem.

I assume you’re talking about the Android app. Please can you check you’ve got the latest version

Click the Okappy icon at the top left of the screen
Click More options
Scroll down to Help / support
It should say About Okappy (v1.43.3), if not please click on Get new version.

Alternatively, you can download the latest version of the app from the Google play store and search for Okappy job management
