Unable to create New Miscellaneous Invoices

I can see that you’ve set up a number of customers with just an email so they're appearing at the top of the dropdown with no details. All the other customers are below.

Raising miscellaneous sales invoices for customers with no name

I’m not sure why you've added them, but if you want to delete them. Go to the connections screen and then click remove connection.
