Uploaded file which was a video cctv footage is not showing

Hi one of my engineers has uploaded a file which was a video cctv footage but it is not showing on my system can we get back to this??

Also can you tell me how an engineer can look at a job once he has closed it down??

If it's a video it might still be uploading. Check out this article for more troubleshooting advice.

An engineer can view previous jobs by clicking the magnifying glass and then entering the id, postcode, part of the description etc.
