Raise recurring invoices
You have been able to add multiple jobs for a while. We’re pleased to announce that you can now also add multiple invoices.
Simply click the Add recurring invoice option when raising a miscellaneous invoice in order to add multiple invoices over time.

You can easily link jobs together from the jobs dashboard. But what if you linked a job in error or if it no longer needs to be linked? Don’t worry, you can now unlink jobs from the jobs dashboard.

Q:“How can i mark a job as invoiced without having to invoice through the app?”
A:“You can add a column on your dashboard called ‘Invoiced’ and update it with a Y every time an invoice has been raised for that job. Although we would recommend raising an invoice, even if you’re not going to send it out from Okappy.”
