Network enhancements – new privacy option for employees
We’ve introduced a new feature that allows you to mark specific employees as private. This ensures they do not appear as contacts to your connections.
To activate this feature, simply go to your connections screen, select your employee, and click on the three dots next to their name. Choose the ‘Keep employee private’ option to maintain their privacy.

Creating a daily check sheet
Easily create daily check sheets such as Vehicle checks which are displayed to your employees when they open their Okappy app each morning.

Q:“If an invoice raised in the past had an invoice number generated by Okappy , in the future could another invoice be generated with the same invoice number?”
