Welcome to our May newsletter.
This month, we’re excited to share some fantastic developments at Okappy. We exhibited at Utilities Week Live 2024 connecting with numerous utility companies and their subcontractors to discuss the challenges they face in gaining visibility and control over their work. It was a great opportunity to showcase how Okappy’s unique networked platform can address these issues.
We’re also delighted to announce that the Okappy family is growing! Simone Taylor joins us as our new Customer Experience Director, bringing a wealth of experience and passion for exceptional customer service. She will be working alongside Elena Rose, our Operations Manager, who started in April and has already made significant strides in enhancing the Okappy User Experience. Together, they will help us deliver even greater value to our customers through improved communication, support, and product development. Watch out for an email providing more information, and please join us in welcoming Simone and Elena to the Okappy family!

Q:“I am doing some work on behalf of one of your clients. I am looking to use a webhook/API to send client information to Make (no-code automation platform) once a report has been to use in some text/email campaigns. Please can you advise on the best way to do this?”
A:“Certainly, here’s a couple of links to documentation for our api and also for zapier which sounds similar to: Using the Okappy API and Using Zapier to get job details and Using Zapier to get job details post.
