At the end of the trial you can enter your payment details and continue with your account. Or, if Okappy is not right for you, no further action is required.

No, our contracts our monthly rolling. If for whatever reason, Okappy is not right for you, we just ask for 14 days written notice.

Our unique network means you can work with your subcontractors just as easily as your employees, whilst maintaining your independence and theirs.

A user is an employee of your company. Subcontractors or customers are not classed as users and are not part of your billing.

Yes, we don’t limit you to one log in or one device. Log into as many different devices as you want, whether that’s your office or home computer or your mobile phone.

Yes. You can import data via a Microsoft Excel file. We provide templates for you to populate. We can also import your data as part of our configuration option.

Yes, growing and enterprise accounts have access to our template builder where you can create and edit your own job templates, checksheets or invoice templates. Alternatively, we can create them for you as part of our configuration option.
